Every month I summarize and post “the gist” of the MLS® data for Edmonton and area real estate activity.The average*** single family detached price in the service area of the Edmonton Multiple Listing Service® was up 0.89% to $431,484.
The average condominium price was up 3.87% to $237,802.
The average duplex price was up 1.18% to $334,704.
The average days-on-market in May was 53-days for single-family, 69-days for condos, and 69-days for duplexes.
There were 1,981 reported residential sales and 9,541 residential units for sale at month end.
