The average*** single family detached price in the service area of the Edmonton Multiple Listing Service® was down 5.52% to $404,275.
The average condominium price was up 6.18% to $218,680.
The average duplex price was down 7.51% to $322,052.
The average days-on-market in January was 79-days for single-family, 93-days for condos, and 90-days for duplexes.
There were 799 reported residential sales and 7,092 residential units for sale at month end.
