“The Gist” is adapted from the REALTORS® Association of Edmonton Monthly MLS® Report and Press Release. Every month I summarize and post “the gist” of the MLS® data for Edmonton and area real estate activity.

The average*** single family detached price in the service area of the Edmonton Multiple Listing Service® was up 0.07% to $439,438.
The average condominium price was up 6.23% to $257,740.
The average duplex/ rowhouse price was up 2.58% to $357,815.
The average days-on-market in April was 48-days for single-family, 60-days for condos, and 64-days for duplexes..
There were 1,893 reported residential sales and 7,612 residential units for sale at month end.
