The average*** single family detached price in the service area of the Edmonton Multiple Listing Service® was up 0.33% to $440,907.
The average condominium price was down 2.69% to $250,818.
The average duplex/ rowhouse price was down 3.75% to $344,406.
The average days-on-market in May was 48-days for single-family, 62-days for condos, and 61-days for duplexes.
There were 1,853 reported residential sales and 8,385 residential units for sale at month end.
