The average*** single family detached price in the service area of the Edmonton Multiple Listing Service® was down 1.51% to $446,982.
The average condominium price was up 0.68% to $261,861.
The average duplex/ rowhouse price was down 1.87% to $343,883.
The average days-on-market in July was 48-days for single-family, 60-days for condos, and 55-days for duplexes.
There were 1,622 reported residential sales and 8,756 residential units for sale at month end.
